Hello everyone, well we are almost through the first week and I am very excited about the next step in my journey. Today at work we had alot of fun talking about Dr. Seuss and wearing our hats. Hope everyone had a great day.
We celebrated the birthday of Dr. Seuss at my school, too. The K-1 teachers made a fantastic bulletin board using cut-outs of the shapes of Thing 1 and Thing 2 and replaced the faces with pictures of their students. They colored cottonballs blue and stretched them out for the hair. It has made a great display as you walk in the front of our school.
Wow-that sounds great, my 3-5 year olds would have loved that! I will have to use that next year if I can remember. I hve a small hallway leading to my room that would be great for that type of display.
